Refund & Subscription Policy
1. Who processes your payment
Cloakli Pro is sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, billing, invoices, and refund execution. Cloakli's own servers never receive or store your card details.
2. Renewal
- Cloakli Pro subscriptions (monthly, and annual if offered) renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
- You will be charged with the payment method on file with Lemon Squeezy unless you cancel before renewal.
3. Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime from the subscription management link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or by contacting us.
- After cancelling, Pro remains active until the end of the period you already paid for; it then returns to Free.
- Your saved masks are never deleted when Pro ends — only creating new masks beyond Free limits is restricted.
4. Refunds
- Refund window: requests within 14 days of a charge are eligible for a refund of that charge.
- Duplicate charges are refunded in full — contact us with the receipt numbers.
- If a verified technical problem on our side prevents you from using Pro and we cannot resolve it, you are entitled to a refund of the affected period.
- Refunds may be declined for license abuse (e.g., key sharing, resale, or attempts to bypass verification).
- Mandatory consumer protection law of your place of residence takes precedence over this policy — nothing here limits refund or withdrawal rights you have under that law.
5. How to request a refund
Email cloakli.support@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and the order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Do not send your license key or card details. Refunds are executed by Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within a few business days depending on your payment provider.
